Bi-Directional, Solder Paste Printer with
Controllable Squeegee Pressure
The Model SP-2020 Stencil Printer can be used
to apply solder paste to PCBs as large as 19" x 19". Its innovative frame
holder design adjusts in seconds to accept standard stencil frames from 4" x 4"
to 20" x 20". Dual squeegee heads, mounted to precision linear slides
allow bi-directional printing for maximum paste coverage. Controllable squeegee
pressure on both heads also insures consistent printing from one operator to
another. The SP-2020 is supplied with two 11" squeegees and an adjustable PCB
fixture as standard, but can also be supplied with customized fixturing and registration
pins. A full range of optional squeegee sizes are also available. The robust
design and construction of the SP-2020 will provide years of reliable performance and
precision. A new support stand/supply cabinet is also available.
