The KC700 SMT Nozzle Cleaner from BST is designed to clean up to 24 pick and place nozzles in less than 5 minutes. Eliminate costly downtime on the SMT floor due to clogged or dirty nozzles. Easy to use, simply load the removable nozzle tray, close the lid, and press the start button. A LCD display steps the operator through the process.

OVERVIEW
Cleaning SMT pick and place nozzles by hand is time consuming and extremely costly. The patented processes of the KC700 thoroughly cleans each nozzle inside and out. Cleaning power is doubled by mixing high pressure air and detergent and spraying them inside the hole of the nozzle and the external nozzle tip in a soapy formula. A special spray nozzle improves the efficiency of the cycle.
